Die KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA sucht eine/n Produktmanager (m/w/d) für Zuckerrüben zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Team. In dieser Funktion agieren Sie als Product Owner für das  CONVISO® SMART Projekt und arbeiten eng mit Bayer CropScience und verschiedenen internen und externen Interessengruppen zusammen. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit zu besetzen, der Arbeitsort ist unser Firmensitz in Einbeck (Niedersachsen/Deutschland). Hybrid-Arbeit ist möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben - Wo Herausforderung auf Verantwortung trifft:

Produktstrategie: Entwicklung und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von kurz- und langfristigen Strategien für CONVISO® SMART: unser äußerst erfolgreiches gentechnik-freies Herbizidtoleranzsystem in Zuckerrüben Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement: Implementierung von Richtlinien für das Lebenszyklusmanagement und Umsetzung von Aktionsplänen zur Gewährleistung der Langlebigkeit von Traits und zur Erreichung langfristiger Ziele Stakeholder- und Vertragsmanagement: Koordinierung interdisziplinärer Projektteams auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene, um eine effektive Zusammenarbeit zwischen einer Vielzahl von Interessengruppen zu gewährleisten, und Pflege des komplexen Vertragsportfolios in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Legal-Team Herbizidversorgung und Abrechnung der technischen Gebühren: Sicherstellung der Herbizidversorgung auf globaler Ebene und Abwicklung der jährlichen Tech Fee Abrechnung mit Bayer CropScience und Lizenznehmern

Ihr Profil - Wo Kompetenz auf Persönlichkeit trifft:

Wissenschaftliches Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Agrarökonomie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in F&E-getriebenen Unternehmen mit divisionalen Strukturen Umfassende Kenntnisse in der landwirtschaftlichen Saatgut- und Pflanzenschutzbranche Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten, die sich in komplexen Umgebungen bewähren Ergebnisorientiert, Sicherstellung produktiver Ergebnisse von Sitzungen Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu vereinfachen und zu verarbeiten und effektiv mit Teams zu kommunizieren Kreativer Denker mit unabhängigem Arbeitsstil Überzeugendes Auftreten und proaktives Einbringen von Ideen Ausgeprägte Geschäfts- und Kundenorientierung mit außergewöhnlichem Serviceverhalten, insbesondere bei Verhandlungen Gute IT-Kenntnisse; statistische Kenntnisse sind ein Plus Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich); Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen (ca. 15%)
