Aufgaben:

  • Effektive Verwaltung und Erstellung von PERT/Gantt-Diagrammen mittels AVL2-Tool

  • Erstellung und Validierung von Arbeitsverteilungsdiagrammen unter Anwendung von AVL2-Tool Expertise

  • Verantwortung für das Standard Line Balancing (SLB) zur Steigerung der Produktionssteuerung (PPC)

  • Generierung von Meilensteinen im Netzplan zur Überwachung von Schichtzielen und zur Zeitplanung

  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Logistik-Clustern

  • Effizienzsteigerung durch Identifizierung, Analyse und Minimierung von White & Red Space

  • Identifizierung des kritischen Pfads im Line Balancing nach Tätigkeiten und kontinuierliche Durchlaufzeitoptimierung

  • Wöchentliche Leitung von Multi Functional Team-Runden am Bauplatz mit Self Organized Teams & Support-Funktionen und zeitnahe Nachverfolgung von offenen Aktionen

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Studienrichtung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Fertigung/Produktion, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung und Qualitätsmanagement

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lean- und Prozessmanagement sowie gute Expertise im Projektmanagement

  • Erfahrung mit AVL2-Tool ist zwingend erforderlich

  • Vertieftes Anwenderwissen von SAP und Google Workspace

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und versierte Englischkenntnisse

  • Vorliegende Arbeitserlaubnis für die EU
