Aufgaben

️‍♀️ Dafür suchen wir Dich

Wir wollen unseren Kund:innen die beste Qualität liefern. In enger Absprache mit den Entwickler:innen und Kund:innen stellst du sicher, dass die Shop-Designs korrekt umgesetzt werden und alle technischen Funktionalitäten einwandfrei funktionieren und sorgst damit für Zufriedenheit und Transparenz bei unseren Kund:innen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du überprüfst und testest Anpassungen (Design und Funktionalitäten), die unsere Entwickler:innen in den Shops unserer Kund:innen vorgenommen haben, auf verschiedenen Endgeräten und Browserversionen.
  • Du erklärst unseren Kund:innen die notwendigen Shopify-Einstellungen und supportest sie dabei, wie sie diese bestmöglich nutzen können und stehst ihnen für Rückfragen bereit.
  • Du stehst in engem Austausch mit unseren Projektmanager:innen sowie Entwickler:innen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
  • Du bleibst immer up to date rund um die aktuellen Funktionalitäten sowie die neuesten Features von Shopify, Shopify Plus und dem App-Ökosystem.
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor Studium oder Ausbildung.
  • Du hast Lust zu lernen und dich immer tiefer in Shopify, Shopify Plus und das App-Ökosystem einzuarbeiten.
  • Du bist ein Ninja , wenn es um Fehlersuche, Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt geht.
  • Du bist sehr strukturiert und organisiert.
  • Du bist freundlich und offen in der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen.
  • Du analysierst Risiken und Probleme, sprichst diese offen an und holst dir eigenständig Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung.
  • Du kannst Informationen klar und verständlich an Personen übermitteln.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift (mind. B2).

Nice to haves

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit dem Shopify System.
  • Du kennst dich mit Testing Tools aus wie z.B. Browserstack, Chrome Entwickler Tool o.Ä.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Software Testing sind ein Plus.
