Deine Aufgaben

Im „Billing“-Team arbeitest Du an unserer dynamischen Abrechnungsplattform, um erneuerbare Energien zu fördern und die Energiewirtschaft zu transformieren. Du entwirfst innovative Lösungen und trägst zur Strukturierung, zum Design und zur Implementierung neuer Abrechnungssysteme bei, die interne Abläufe und unsere Kunden unterstützen.
Fachliche und Disziplinarische Leitung: Du bist verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Billing. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Teammitgliedern zusammen, um die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
Budgetverantwortung: Als Team Lead trägst du die Verantwortung für das jährliche Budget deines Teams. Du stellst sicher, dass das Team effizient eingesetzt wird, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
Kommunikation und Koordination: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für den Produkt Manager, CTO, Operations und andere Abteilungen. Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung: Du analysierst KPIs und entwickelst Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer agilen Entwicklungsprozesse. Dein Ziel ist es, die Effizienz und Qualität unserer Softwareentwicklung stetig zu steigern.
Systemarchitektur und Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für eine hochwertige Software- und Systemarchitektur. Du kommunizierst die technischen Aspekte an verschiedene Stakeholder und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lösungen den Anforderungen gerecht werden.

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlischen Teamleitung, und umfangreiche Erfahrung in objektorientierter Programmierung mit Python3 und Erfahrung mit Django ORM und React. Zusätzliche Erfahrungen mit automatisierter Qualitätssicherung und Microservices sind willkommen.

Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine Führungsqualitäten kombiniert mit bester technischer Expertise aus. Für uns sind grundlegende Englischkenntnisse wichtig, Deutschkenntnisse stellen einen weiteren Pluspunkt dar. Wichtig ist für uns vor allem, dass du mit Deinen Führungsqualitäten und Deiner Can-Do Mentalität zum gemeinsamen Erfolg beitragen kannst.

Unser Tech-Stack umfasst aktuelle Technologien, darunter Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, React und Kubernetes.

Bei Lumenaza wirst du Teil eines engagierten Teams von über 50 Mitarbeitenden, einschließlich über 25 Entwickler*innen. Innerhalb unseres motivierten Billing-Teams, das zurzeit dann inklusive dir aus 7 Entwickler*innen besteht, bist du nicht nur ein weiteres Mitglied, sondern ein geschätzter Teil, der zur Stärke unseres Teams beiträgt.
