Wir suchen einen (Junior) Process Manager Logistics zur Verstärkung unseres Fulfillment-Teams. In dieser Funktion übernimmst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Betriebsprozesse, Fulfillment-Projekte und die Analyse relevanter Leistungskennzahlen.
Das erwartet dich bei uns
Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit der Standortleitung Prozessverbesserungen innerhalb unseres operativen GeschäftsDarüber hinaus analysierst und bestimmst du weitere Verbesserungshebel für relevante KPI's / Steuerungsmodelle wie z.B. SLA, Effizienz Metriken, Cut-Off-Zeit, CPODu arbeitest eigenständig an Projekten und Prozessänderungen aus dem operativen GeschäftDarüber hinaus arbeitest du eng mit dem Operations Manager, der Standortleitung und anderen Abteilungen wie z.B. Supply Chain Management, Data and Analytics oder auch dem Commercial Team zusammen Zusätzlich unterstützt du die operativen Leads bei der Priorisierung und Organisation von operativen Abläufen und PlanungsmethodenDas bringst du mit
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik, Wirtschaft, E-Commerce oder Berufserfahrung im Prozess- oder ProjektmanagementDaten- und zahlen getriebene Arbeitsweise sowie eine ergebnisorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität mit der Freude daran etwas zu bewegenErfahrung mit WMS-Systemen und gute Kenntnisse mit Google Workspaces oder MS-Office Fließend in Deutsch und gute Sprachkenntnisse in EnglischVorhandene Reisebereitschaft nach BerlinDas bieten wir dir
