You can look forward to
Our IT Environment Management team is responsible for and operates numerous IT system landscapes of the Hannover Re Group in their entirety and complexity. Changes to existing core systems and new systems to be introduced must be integrated into our existing deployment mechanisms and managed. In co-operation with other IT units, in your role as IT System Engineer you are responsible for the continuous, timely provision and further development of sophisticated IT system landscapes at a consistently high level of quality.
Creating and coordinating cross-platform concepts for the automatic provision and operation of various IT system landscapes Continuous analysis of processes and methods, identification of optimisation potential and development, coordination and implementation of corresponding measures Recording, harmonisation, planning, coordination and reporting of all requirements relating to IT system landscapes worldwide Participation in specialist projects for all matters relating to the required IT system landscapes Definition, implementation, monitoring and reporting of service levels Documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
You come equipped with
Professional experience in the provision and further development of IT system landscapes Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, IT service management and processes and their interaction with IT operations, ideally in an international environment Good knowledge of the use of tools such as Azure DevOps or comparable systems Project experience in agile organised company projects Bachelor's degree with relevant internships or completed Master's degree in the field of (business) informatics, economics, engineering or comparable qualifications German and English at a business fluent level (C1/C2)Don't meet all the requirements?
