Service Technician (f/m/d)

To support our Team we are searching for a Service Technician (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Maintenance and servicing of conveyor systems, including sensors Performing maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on building systems such as climate control, fire alarms, security, and building automation Operation and troubleshooting of technical systems within the building, including heating, elevators, roller shutters, conveyor systems, doors, plumbing, climate control, and ventilation Acting as a point of contact for external service providers and maintenance partners Conducting minor repairs Independently identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues, as well as performing repairs or troubleshooting, possibly in coordination with equipment suppliers

WHO YOU ARE

Completed education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related area Relevant work experience in the respective fields and familiarity with safety standards Experience in maintaining machines and interconnected automated production lines Knowledge and experience in building systems, such as climate control, fire alarms, security, building automation, and conveyor systems Familiarity with handling process-relevant equipment in a warehouse Excellent communication skills and a respectful approach to colleagues, service providers, and craftsmen Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently High level of commitment, flexibility in terms of working hours (on-call and shift availability), and resilience
