We are seeking an experienced sales leader to support our growth in Germany responsible for the business development of our ServiceNow business. You will develop business opportunities in consulting, implementation services and managed services. We expect you to travel within the region to meet our customers.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director for ServiceNow (m/f/x) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main or Munich, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts for ServiceNow solutions, driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships across the region.
Your main responsibilities:
Responsibility for your own sales targets and sales activities within the company. Comprehensive B2B sales: building a new customer portfolio and developing existing customer accounts in Germany. Close cooperation with the ALPS region (Czech, Slovakia, Austria and Switzerland) for presales & delivery. Development and implementation of business and sales strategy, tactics, and sales targets. Identification and reporting of business opportunities in target markets, representing the company at conferences and networking events. Close cooperation with the sales and pre-sales teams, creation and design of solutions, offers, and calculations. Reporting to the Managing Director of Devoteam Servicenow Central region (DACH&CEE) and Managing Director Germany.
Qualifications
Our requirements for you:
Proven experience in IT sales development (experience with ERP or CRM solutions) of at least 5 years. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the sales team. Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, show initiative, and build long-term business relationships. Very good German and English skills (both written and spoken). Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany and the ALPS region. Good organizational skills, results orientation, and the ability to think in the bigger picture. Energetic approach to work, ability to work in an agile environment, share knowledge and contribute ideas.
