Your responsibilities
Do you want to gain different kinds of practical experience in an IT department, develop your technical skills, gain insights into the work of an IT strategy and architecture team, and help us to drive forward the energy transition and decarbonisation? As a working student (m/f/d) in the Corporate IT Strategy & Architecture team, you can help shape a variety of day-to-day activities and contribute your skills in a targeted manner. Working both collaboratively and independently, you will face professional challenges and develop concepts for the smoother running of the team. You will contribute to research activities, particularly in the area of IT security.
Your tasks:
Developing and maintaining the team’s SharePoint site to ensure that Corporate IT colleagues have a clear view of our materials and activities
Design and maintain a repository for our architecture documentation, and associated processes
Co-ordinate meetings of our strategy and architecture council
Support the creation of approaches to automation for some of our key processes and implement these
Supporting the team with internal stakeholder communication and other administrative project-related tasks
Support the creation and maintenance of standard templates to support our processes
Support research into a wide variety of topics affecting Corporate IT
Your profile
You are registered in a study programme in the field of information technology. You have good knowledge of the common MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and key M365 technologies (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) You are available at least 2 days per week Fluent communication, written and oral, in German and English. You can organise yourself well, bring in your own ideas and are keen to drive improvements You have very good analytical skills and are an independent thinkerYour benefits
