What You’ll Do
Architect, design and implement innovative machine learning solutions for our customers across different industries and company sizes Work backwards from customer use case to decide if traditional ML, GenAI, or other approaches are the right option Design and implement MLOps frameworks to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models in production Continuously learn and master emerging data technologies and frameworks to remain at the forefront of the field Act as a mentor and knowledge source within the company and for clients, sharing insights and project learnings regularlyWhat You’ll Bring
You have over 3 years of demonstrated expertise in architecting, deploying and operating data-driven ML systems in a cloud environment Experience with feature stores & feature engineering pipelines, data ingestion & transformation, and machine learning workflow orchestration Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, AWS (e.g., Sagemaker, RDS, DynamoDB) or Azure (Azure ML, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB). Experience with deep learning frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLFlow, Kubeflow) When working on solutions involving both Data Engineering and ML Engineering, openness and flexibility to get involved on the Data Engineering activities where meaningful Proficient coding skills in Python, with a solid understanding of software development best practices Good communication skills with fluency in English; German proficiency at B1 level and openness to build German skills is a plusYour Benefits
