- Führung und Teamentwicklung: Du bist Ansprechpartner für dein Customer Support-Team und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder.
- Wissensdatenbank und FAQs: Du wirkst maßgeblich beim Aufbau und der Pflege unserer Wissensdatenbank sowie der FAQs für Kunden mit.
- Kunden-, Produkt- und Angebotsanfragen: Du kümmerst dich mit deinem Team um die Steuerung der Kunden-, Produkt- und Angebotsanfragen, damit jeder Kunde das passende Produkt und die beste Lösung für sich findet.
- Innovative Lösungen und KI-Tools: Du bist direkt in die Planung und Umsetzung von innovativen Lösungen, wie beispielsweise der Implementierung von KI-Tools, eingebunden.
- Prozessimplementierung- und Optimierung: Du arbeitest aktiv an der Verbesserung unserer internen Prozesse und findest Lösungen, um unsere Effizienz zu steigern.
- Reibungsloser Ablauf im Customer Support: Durch deine Hands-On-Mentalität unterstützt du den reibungslosen Ablauf im Customer Support-Bereich, insbesondere über Intercom.
- Kommunikation mit dem Tech-Department: Du leitest die Kommunikation mit dem Tech-Department und sorgst dafür, dass technische Anliegen effizient umgesetzt werden.
- Technisches Verständnis: Du verfügst über ein solides technisches Verständnis und hast Interesse an innovativen Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz.
- Erfahrung in SaaS-Unternehmen: Du hast bereits in einem SaaS-Unternehmen gearbeitet und kennst die spezifischen Anforderungen und Abläufe.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du zeichnest dich durch exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus, sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch, und kannst klar und empathisch mit Kunden und Kollegen kommunizieren.
- Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist in der Lage, eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen.
- Organisationstalent und Priorisierung: Du bist ein starkes Organisationstalent, setzt klare Prioritäten und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Engagement und Hands-On-Mentalität: Du zeigst viel Eigeninitiative, bist pragmatisch in deiner Arbeitsweise und packst auch direkt an, um Probleme zu lösen.
