Your Role: Director Brand and Content

Cognigy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Brand and Content to lead our brand and content strategy. This role will be responsible for managing the Cognigy brand, increasing brand awareness, and leading a content team of six. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, content creation, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to increase brand awareness and market presence.  
  • Create and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans to support Cognigy’s objectives. 
  • Lead and mentor the 5 person content team, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with Cognigy's brand voice and messaging. 
  • Support the wider marketing team with content for field and digital campaigns 
  • Oversee the creation of various content types, including awareness programs, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and marketing collateral. 
  • Maintain and enhance the Cognigy brand identity across all channels and touchpoints. 

Requirements

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management and content creation, with a proven track record of success. 
  • Experience leading and managing a team. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies. 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Familiarity with conversational AI and technology sectors is a plus.
