The Department Integration & Development is responsible for SAP/Non-SAP technology at Helm. We design, develop and support non-SAP and SAP processes and are also responsible for the technological support of both areas.

This includes IT architecture / middleware solutions (Biztalk and SAP- Integration Engine) / development of new SAP/Non-SAP functions / 3rd level support / the management and control of external partners as well as IT quality management. For this team, located in Hamburg, we are looking for a technically interested and motivated  RPA-Developer (m/f/d) .

Your tasks:

As an RPA Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of technically sophisticated RPA solutions for our internal business processes. Your main task will be to analyze the processes, create process design documents, develop powerful RPA bots (on Ui Path platform), and maintain the existing bots. In doing so, you will work closely with the client bot owners from within the company and will follow the governance rules set by our department in terms of development and project lifecycle. You ensure the functionality of the implemented bots through continuous monitoring, maintenance, testing, bug fixes and optimizations. Collaborate closely with other departments to identify and implement scalable automation opportunities. You train users and colleagues – both in dealing with the created RPA bots and with regards to the transformation towards holistic, intelligent process automation. Finally, you will contribute to our entire Automation umbrella through your knowledge/ experience in RPA, process & communications mining, integration & data services, document understanding (OCR/IDU) and providing wholistic end to end solutions for business processes.

Your profile:

You have at least 2 years of experience in RPA development in at least one of the most common RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or MS Power Platform). Experience with integration, intelligent document understanding and data services. Coding skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, or C#. Good knowledge of software development environments (e.g., Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse) and API integrations. Experience in agile software delivery methodologies preferable JIRA. You feel safe in contact with customers. You enjoy working in a team and proactively contribute your ideas. You can express yourself very well in English, both written and oral.
