Responsibilities:

Advising the specialist departments with regard to the further development of business processes and their mapping in the course of the migration project to Dynamics 365 Business Central Development of requirements definition, coordination of process ideas with internal customers and coordination of changes in the IT landscape Developing and adapting the solutions defined with the specialist department in accordance with internal guidelines in collaboration with the locations Creating training materials and documentation as well as user training for new and existing workflows or processes in German and English Processing service and support requests in coordination with the INBG business units Maintenance of the existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment

Qualifications:

Completed studies in business informatics, business administration or a comparable business education Extensive professional experience and sound process knowledge in the production environment, including mapping in the relevant Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC modules Methods for analyzing, designing, estimating, documenting and testing complex technical requirements Hands-on experience in AL and/or C/AL development Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages .NET (C#), JavaScript and Microsoft SQL is an advantage Strong presentation skills and high consulting competence paired with a solution-oriented attitude Goal orientation and focus on collaboration Very good written and spoken German and English skills
