Das KI-Pilotprojekt TALAINTED möchte Jugendliche in der Berufsorientierung, insbesondere Mädchen und sozioökonomisch marginalisierte Gruppen, für eine Karriere in der IT- und Digitalbranche zu begeistern. Das primäre Ziel umfasst die Bereitstellung von modernen Programmierkursen und Bildungsinhalten zu Hard- und Soft-Skills, die auf individuelle Bedürfnisse und Wissensstände zugeschnitten sind, um ein besseres und schnelleres Verständnis der Inhalte zu gewährleisten. Mit mehrsprachigen, barrierefreien, virtuellen KI-Charakteren erweitert TALAINTED die bestehenden Kursformate der Hacker School, spiegelt die Vielfalt der IT-Branche wider und gibt Einblicke in die Anforderungen, Herausforderungen und Perspektiven digitaler Berufe. Das Team der HdM ist für die Erstellung der virtuellen Charaktere und die wissenschaftliche Validierung zuständig.

Ihre Aufgaben werden sein:

Fachliche und wissenschaftliche Projektdurchführung von "TALAINTED" - Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung der virtuellen AI Charaktere sowie der Erstellung und Betreuung der entsprechend zugehörigen digitalen Plattform zur Berufsorientierung
Transfer der Forschung in die praktische Anwendung und Evaluation
Wissenschaftliche Begleitung der Auswertung der qualitativen und quantitativen Forschung sowie Aufbereitung des Forschungsberichts inkl. Präsentation auf Fachtagungen
Gestaltung der Veröffentlichungen und Tagungsbeiträge (Konferenzpaper, Messeauftritte)
Unterstützung in der Koordination der Teilprojekte der Projektpartner
Ausbau von Kontakten zu den relevanten Akteuren im KI-Ökosystem sowie potenziellen Endnutzern und Studienteilnehmenden

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der qualitativen und quantitativen Forschung, Projektmanagement, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Outreach, Website-Verwaltung/-gestaltung, Social Media Management, ggf. SEO/SEA
Kenntnisse im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz und/oder Wertschöpfung mit KI
