Ihre aufgaben

 Depending on the level of experience a candidate already has, he/she will be involved in the below tasks with an increasing level of responsibility:

Preparation of Equity Advisory and cross-product client pitches / presentations Provide support in developing Investor Relations strategies, ESG strategies, communication advice and equity market analysis Conduct industry and company research and analysis Keep up to date about capital market developments Execution responsibilities for specific tasks

Ihr profil

Experience and technical skills:

Excellent Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration Relevant work experience specifically in Corporate Advisory / Corporate Broking / Equity sales or research with a leading bank or advisory house Very strong technical / analytical skills Direct experience with transactions in German-speaking regions Excellent command and superior user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good user knowledge of Bloomberg/CapitalIQ/Datastream/ Thomson/ Reuters Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken is essential

As an analyst in the Equity Advisory team you will work directly with senior team members in Equity Advisory, product and industry teams as well as relationship managers/ coverage teams on the origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates.

 This includes a wide variety of tasks, such as providing management and Investor Relations (IR) officers of our corporate clients (mainly DAX & MDAX companies) with market intelligence and market / sector / stock updates. Moreover, Equity Advisory is providing its clients with advice on all capital market communication issues (equity story, ESG strategy, IR events, investor targeting etc.).
