preparation and arrangement of dishes for the restaurant in accordance with the A-ROSA food concept Setting out, removing and decorating the buffet Mise-en-place and assistance in all areas of the kitchen
Your profile
Completion of vocational training as a chef Several years of professional experience in a similar position Knowledge of products that meet international standards Experience in four-star buffet category
