Diese Herausforderung erwartet dich:

Die IAV Fahrzeugsicherheit GmbH & Co. KG bietet Automobilherstellern als %ige Tochter der IAV GmbH ein Gesamtpaket: Sie kümmert sich um den Insassenschutz und die Sicherheit des Gesamtfahrzeugs – durch die Integration modernster Sensorik und Sicher­heitselektronik, die Konstruktion zuverlässiger Rückhaltesysteme und rigorose Tests auf ihrer Crash-Anlage. Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen profitieren dabei von den identischen Vorteilen und Konditionen wie bei der IAV GmbH.

Der Crashprozess besteht aus vielen Teil­prozessen, die perfekt ineinandergreifen müssen, damit eine effiziente Abarbeitung der durch ständige Innovationen immer komplex­eren Versuchsabläufe gewährleistet werden kann. Dazu ist es erforderlich, einen Überblick über die vielen Details der einzelnen Prozesse zu schaffen und diese dann zu optimieren. Durch die Schaffung der Fachreferentenstelle soll die Basis für diese Optimierung gelegt werden.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Vorbereitung von Crashfahrzeugen der neuesten Generation (Aufbau)
  • Durchführung von Crashversuchen (Bahnfahrer)
  • Mitarbeit in der Dummytechnik
  • Beherrschung der Foto- und Filmtechnik
  • Messtechnische Vorbereitung der Crashfahrzeuge (Messtechnik)
  • Festlegung der grundsätzlichen Ressourcen
  • Dokumentation der Versuchsergebnisse
  • Abrüstung der Fahrzeuge nach speziellen Kundenvorgaben
Notwendige Kenntnisse:

Das spricht für dich:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Bereich Kfz-Mechanik, Kfz-Mechatronik, Kfz-Elektrik oder vergleichbar
Gewünschte Kenntnisse:
  • Ausbildungsnachweise zur Elektrofachkraft (EFK)
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ein hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Du bringst analytisches Denken und Organisationsfähigkeit mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Messtechnikdatenbanken, z. B. Caltec, DMS, MOSMAS sowie MS Office
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse über unternehmensinterne Anforderungen und Prozesse im Rahmen des Prüfmittelmanagements
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse zu einschlägigen Normen, z. B. ISO , TISAX, DIN ISO
