Die dynamische Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklung im Zusammenhang mit Digitalisierung, Sustainability sowie Veränderungen von makroökonomischen und geopolitischen Rahmenbedingungen führen in Unternehmen zu tiefgreifenden und komplexen Transformationsprozessen. Unsere Kunden stehen daher vor der strategischen Aufgabe, Prozesse und Systeme sowie die organisatorische Aufstellung und Arbeitsweisen ihres Finanzbereiches anzupassen, um so auf veränderte Rahmenbedingungen flexibel und agil reagieren zu können. Unsere erfahrenen Beraterinnen und Berater im Competence Center CFO Strategy & Organization helfen dabei, relevante Trends zu identifizieren, die notwendigen Veränderungen in Prozessen und der Gesamtorganisation zu entwickeln, um gemeinsam mit dem Kunden die strategische CFO-Agenda zu gestalten und durch die Finanztransformation Chancen zu erkennen.
Deine Perspektiven bei uns
Beratung mit Mehrwert. Als Teil eines erfahrenen Teams unterstützt du unserer Kunden bei strategisch wichtigen Projekten zur Vision und Strategie im Finanzbereich und trägst gleichzeitig zur Entwicklung moderner und effizienter Finanzorganisationen bei.
Finance Transformation. Im Bereich CFO-Strategie und Organisation erarbeitest du maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für und mit unseren Kunden. Dabei wirkst du bei der Entwicklung innovativer Prozess-, Daten- und Analysemodelle mit und stellst so deine Konzeptionsstärke und dein fachliches Know-how unter Beweis.
Gemeinsam Wachsen. Mehr erreichen. Du bist am Puls der Zeit und kannst an übergreifenden Themen wie Publikationen, der Entwicklung neuer Themenfelder oder auch neuen Tools mitwirken. Damit leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag für unsere unternehmerische Zukunft.
Verantwortung erleben. Du forderst dich und dein Team immer wieder aufs Neue heraus und übernimmst schnell Verantwortung innerhalb deiner vielfältigen Projekte. Dabei pflegst du auch den persönlichen Kundenkontakt.

Deine Fachexpertise: Du bringst praktische oder studienbegleitende Erfahrung im Bereich Strategie, Organisationsentwicklung, Controlling und/oder Finance mit. Beste Voraussetzungen, um direkt bei uns durchzustarten.
Deine Kompetenzen: Du denkst sowohl analytisch, konzeptionell als auch kreativ und bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine hohe Motivation zu gestalten und Lösungen zu finden mit. Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und beherrscht den Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Dein akademischer Hintergrund: Durch dein exzellent abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen, -informatik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen bringst du bereits ein breites Wissen mit.
