​Bei der Stelle handelt es sich um eine geringfügige Beschäftigung auf Minijob-Basis für ca. 2 - 8 Std./Woche und ist zunächst befristet (mit Option auf Verlängerung).

Ihre Aufgaben

Koordination von Campusbesuchen von MBA-Interessierten in Absprache mit dem MBA Recruiting Team und den MBA-Studierenden Begrüßung von MBA-Interessenten auf dem WHU Campus in Düsseldorf an Samstagen und/oder Sonntagen. Begleitung der Interessenten zum Vorlesungssaal inkl. Durchführen von Campusführungen in Deutsch und Englisch (nach Absprache i.d.R. zwischen 09:00 Uhr und 13 Uhr).

Ihr Profil

Verlässlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse Serviceorientierung Kommunikationsstärke

General information

The position is a ‘mini-job’ (2-8 hours per week) and is limited in time for one year (with option of extension).

Your mission

Coordinating campus visits for prospective MBA students in agreement with our MBA Recruiting Team and MBA students Welcoming the prospective candidates on the WHU campus in Düsseldorf on Saturdays and/or Sundays.  Accompanying the prospective candidates to the lectures and conducting campus tours in German and English (usually between 9 am and 1 pm).
