Your tasks

Conducting individualized plant tours in the customer center of an automotive group Support and accompaniment of visitor groups Communicating with visitors, including the use of common foreign languages Consideration of protocol and intercultural requirements when supporting visitors Dealing with the areas of activity of the visitor groups Preparing and providing visitor-specific information Respectful interaction with visitors, both on site and during administrative activities Collaboration and cooperation with internal and external interfaces and partners International customer contact and a varied working day

Your profile

Fluent foreign language skills in English and possibly another foreign language (proof required) Experience in dealing with visitors and customer affinity for technical topics and production processes Brand affinity Confident appearance eloquence Ability to work under pressure, time flexibility Ability to work independently and autonomously Very good handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
