Position: Department: Location: OBS Planning Director (m/f/d) LGEEH.Europe DX Marketing Department Eschborn Your responsibilities
• OBS Business planning and performance management
• Profit management and forecast simulation
• Preparation of overall OBS business result and forecast for top management
• Identifying trends and making recommendations for financial optimization
• Financial index management and analysis
• Pan-EU org cost distribution computation and EHQ budget management
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Communicate with counterpart of subsidiaries and responding to queries in a timely manner
• Ad-hoc Analysis, preparing diverse reports and managing the various financial analysis files Your qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience
• At least 15 years of professional experience in planning
• Experience in the field of financial planning and OBS part as well
• Leadership skills (leading a team) within a multi-national work environment
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, complex projects, engaging a wide range of experts or stakeholders
• Strong business acumen
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Finance or accounting related certificates or in-depth knowledge in corporate finance
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent office utilization skills (Excel and Power Point)
• Fluent in English and Korean
