Als Staffing Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der Personaleinsatzplanung.

Deine To Do‘s:

Einhaltung der Customer Care Center KPIs im Rahmen des Real-Time-Managements strategische Vorbereitung der Schichtplanung und der Schichtzuweisung Organisation der Vergabe der Schichten für die Kundenberater*innen und Verwaltung alle relevanten Arbeitsplanthemen Kontrolle und Dokumentation der An- und Abwesenheiten der Kundenberater*innen und des fachlichen Supports Unterstützung und Führung diverser Projekte & Outboundaktionen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Schnittstellen

Deine Must Have‘s:

ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise Berufserfahrungen im Call Center oder der Personaleinsatzplanung ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten sehr gute Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten und achtsam mit sensiblen Personaldaten umzugehen sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse besonders in Excel Erfahrung mit Datenbanken Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis gute Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
