Unser Team im Bereich Charge Point Operation Services ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der strategischen Ausrichtung der DKV Mobility, dem Marktführer für gewerbliche Tank- und Ladelösungen. Wir gestalten die Zukunft der Mobilität, indem wir unseren Kunden einen nahtlosen Übergang in die Welt der elektrifizierten Mobilität ermöglichen. Wir bauen und managen Ladeinfrastrukturen für E-Autos zu Hause (@home) und am Arbeitsplatz (@work). Mit unserem umfangreichen Netzwerk an Partnerunternehmen installieren wir Wallboxen in ganz Deutschland und Europa und verknüpfen diese mit erstklassigen Softwarelösungen.

Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner bei Kundenrückfragen zur Ladeinfrastruktur im Bereich Elektromobilität und hast direkten Einfluss auf die Kundenzufriedenheit. Du hast intensiven Kundenkontakt per Videotelefonie, Telefon, E-Mail und Chat. Du löst selbstständig Kundenprobleme und greifst auf ein Netzwerk an internen Experten zurück, um zeitnah eine Lösung für den Kunden zu erarbeiten. Du arbeitest in einer modernen Microsoft Dynamics Umgebung und kannst diverse Werkzeuge nutzen, um deine Themen nachzuverfolgen und zu priorisieren. Durch den intensiven Kundenkontakt erkennst Du frühzeitig Schwerpunkthemen und kommunizierst diese weiter. Du überwachst eine Vielzahl an Prozessen, indem du an regelmäßigen Reportings mitwirkst. Du verbesserst Abläufe und unseren Softwareaufbau mit deinem Input. Du erhältst in einer intensiven Einarbeitung die Mittel und das Wissen, um Fragen rund um Bestellungen, Kundendaten und Rechnungen zu beantworten sowie Erste Hilfe bei technischen Problemen zu leisten. Du treibst die interne Organisation an - immer die Kundenlösung im Blick.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fahrern und Dienstleistern zur Klärung von Anfragen Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen Aktives lösen von Eskalationsvorgängen Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen Nutzung und Pflege von Daten in SAP und MS Office What makes you stand out Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Studium Kommunikationsstärke, positive Ausstrahlung und hohe Kundenorientierung Eigeninitiative und ein verbindliches Auftreten Strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld Sehr gute Deutsch- und Basiskenntnisse in Englisch Gerne technische Vorkenntnisse, idealerweise im Baugewerbe oder in der Elektrotechnik
