MEINE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN - VIELSEITIG

Verantwortlich für die Koordination der Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an unseren Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich sowie in der Schweiz (DACH) Regelmäßige, zeitnahe Dokumentation und Pflege der Wartungsarbeiten im CMMS Tool (Planned Preventative Maintenance) Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Eingabe von Daten im CMMS Tool (Computerised Maintenance Management System) Unterstützung des Teams bei diversen Projekten (Angebotseinholung, Terminplanung etc.) Kontrolle der Wartungsverpflichtungen auf Vermieterseite Koordination und Abwicklung von Reparaturarbeiten an technischen Anlagen Kontrolle und Überprüfung der Wartungsverpflichtungen auf der Vermieterseite Koordination der technischen Hausmeister von Fremdfirmen Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft Unterstützung des Account Managers / Facility Managers / Technischer Service Manager bei der Optimierung bestehender Dienstleistungsverträge Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung für den Technischen Service Manager DACHR Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von technischen Risikoanalysen Ausarbeitung von technischen Verbesserungsvorschlägen mit dem Ziel von Energieeinsparungen und Kostenreduzierung Überprüfung und Veranlassung der Aktualität der technischen Dokumentation Unterstützung bei Arbeitsplatzanalysen (Gefährdungsbeurteilung) Melden von Arbeitsunfällen / mitverantwortlich für die Einhaltung, Umsetzung und Erfüllung der QHSE Vorgaben Sie berichten an den Technical Service Manager DACHR

MEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN - GEFRAGT

abgeschlossene Ausbildung in technischen Elektro/HLSK) oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit technischem Hintergrund Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im technischen Immobilienmanagement Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Outlook ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift selbstständige, engagierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zum Mitdenken und Freude an Verbesserungs- und Veränderungsprozessen Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit den Anforderungen der Arbeitssicherheit, des Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzes und mit behördlichen Bestimmungen Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten bei den Kunden Belastbarkeit
