About Our Client

Our client is a prominent player in the ceramic tiles manufacturing industry, specializing in delivering high-quality products for various projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager - Enterprise Applications to join their team in Polch. For the interested candidates to move, the relocation allowance will be provided.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our client's IT/Enterprise Applications team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will play a key role in driving the success of our client's SAP projects and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP modules, including SD (Sales and Distribution) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and TM.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Drive the planning and execution of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective delivery of services and solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise applications and SAP technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards related to enterprise applications.
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the Information Technologies team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in IT or enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in SAP modules, particularly SD and EWM, with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
• Fluent in German, with proficiency in either English or Turkish as a secondary language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
