Tasks

Taking responsibility for the life cycle management from product idea, development and market launch to product maintenance and fade out Continuously monitoring market trends and developments and providing feedback to the organization including recommended actions Continuously improving our product platforms and aligning them to market needs throughout the life cycle Management of internal improvement projects as well as coordination of suppliers, internal teams and customers Technological management of our key suppliers (OEM parts) Preparation of presentations and presenting our technological solutions to our customers Creating technical and commercial concepts for new coating machines and for machine upgrades Successfully completed technical studies, e.g., in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Informatics or similar Experience in the mechanical engineering industry Knowledge in automation and project management as well as a basic understanding in mechanical coherences Business fluent in English, German knowledge is of advantage Open-minded and self-confident personality with a convincing appearance and an advanced problem-solving skillset High degree of loyalty to the team and a strong drive to achieve the team goals Intercultural competency and willingness to travel worldwide Apply your strengths in a successful international high-tech company with sustainable prospects for the future From onboarding to exciting development and training opportunities - we will support you in developing your potential Flat hierarchies and an open communication culture offer you the opportunity to actively shape our future The combination of flextime and mobile working allows you to organize your working hours flexibly Through employee events such as Summer and Christmas parties we strengthen our team spirit and celebrate joint successes Cover letter, Resume, Transcripts, Letters of recommendation
