Als Senior Interior Design & Sales Manager*in  übernimmst du Verantwortung für die freundliche und kompetente Beratung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden und erstellst ansprechende Design-Konzepte, die individuell auf deren Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind. Diese Position ist un befristet, der Arbeitsort ist München oder remote .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden, um für ihr Zuhause oder ihre Geschäftsräume das perfekte Raumkonzept zu entwerfen, dabei verstehst du ihre Vorstellungen und übersetzt diese in innovative Designlösungen Entwicklung und Präsentation inspirierender Designvorschläge, die sowohl ästhetisch ansprechend als auch funktional sind vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und Aufbau einer positiven Customer Journey, sowie professionelle After-Sales-Betreuung Leitung von Junior Team Mitgliedern und Übernahme der Verantwortung für deren Performance und professionelle Entwicklung

YOU COME WITH

erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Interior Design oder Architektur +4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Interior Design, idealerweise mit erster Teamführungserfahrung präzise, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein hohe Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke, Engagement und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt Leidenschaft für hochwertige Home- & Living-Produkte sowie Affinität zu Lifestyle und Ästhetik sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
