What will you work on

Operational Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the founding team, contributing to strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as a crucial component of the operational business, supporting founders in maintaining company momentum.
  • Identify process and operational challenges, devising scalable solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Foster interdepartmental connections, optimising processes and structures across the company.

Project, Analysis and Strategic Planning Support:
  • Independently prepare insightful presentations, analyses, and documents with actionable recommendations to drive decision-making.
  • Facilitate meetings by crafting agendas, ensuring effective follow-up, and overseeing decision implementation.
  • Engage in various projects such as recruitment, fundraising, branding, and organisational development, contributing valuable insights and support.
  • Assist in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring key metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Team Support and Development:
  • Provide operational support, including project management, team coordination, and community management.
  • Contribute to team building efforts, participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • This categorization helps in organizing similar tasks together and removes any overlaps for clearer expectations.
About you

Professional Attributes:

  • Demonstrate speed, high motivation, openness, honesty, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Possess over 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or dynamic business setting.
  • Hold a degree in business administration or a related field with exceptional academic achievement.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Showcase strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to learning and performance.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and work effectively in teams.
  • Have a natural aptitude for building and maintaining exciting relationships and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written German (native level) and English (very good).
  • Highly reliable, organized, hands-on, and entrepreneurial in mindset.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or relevant tools for research, conducting meetings, etc.
  • Ability to easily familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
