In order to meet the rapidly growing interest in the market, we are looking for you as Senior Backend Engineer (m/f/d) from October

Title: Senior Backend Engineer (m/f/d)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Berlin, Hybrid
Start: October
- You develop high-quality data streaming and analytical software design and architecture.
- You identify, prioritise and execute software development life-cycle tasks to deliver real business impact
- You take ownership of your code, ensuring it aligns with best practices and contributes to overall system excellence
- You actively review and understand code produced by other team members
- You collaborate with other members of the cross functional team (Backend, Frontend, Product, etc.) and vendors to improve our products
- You gained extensive experience (7+ years) in backend software development in Scale-Ups
- You possess an analytical mind with problem-solving attitude, work organised and independently to provide leadership in a fast changing IoT environment
- You are familiar with data governance
- Kotlin for Backend
- AWS (including ECS, RDS, Cloudwatch and OpenSearch) for Cloud Infrastructure
- Kafka for Data streaming
- Rest API design principles
