En 2020 impulsamos nuestra expansión internacional con el lanzamiento de CHECK24 Hotel España.Detrás de este producto hay un gran equipo encargado del desarrollo de software, la gestión de producto y la atención al cliente que han trabajado codo a codo para crear el mejor comparador de hotel.
Con el fin de seguir mejorando y ampliando nuestro producto de hotel en España, estamos buscando un Product Manager (m/w/d) Hotel España nuestra oficina de Münster y queremos que seas parte del cambio, viendo crecer este proyecto con nosotros. ¿Quién eres?
Formación: grado en Administracion de empresa, economía, marketing, ingeniería, matemáticas, informática o similar Idiomas: alemán fluido y muy buen conocimiento de inglés y español (mínimo B2) Resolución de problemas: rapidez para entender y solucionar cuestiones complejas, encontrando soluciones pragmáticas Digital Mindset: conocimiento básico de IT y/o ganas de aprender a familiarizarse con los mismos e interés en producto digital UX / UI: ojo al detalle y capacidad de hacer diseños y buscar una buena experiencia de usuario, consiguiendo que nuestras aplicaciones sean más atractivas y fáciles de entender Comunicación: muy buenas dotes comunicativas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, garantizando una coordinación rápida en un entorno dinámico y de feedback constante para alcanzar resultados visibles. Herramientas: nivel alto de MS Office (especialmente Excel)
Tus tareas:
Trabajo en equipo: formarás parte de nuestro equipo de producto de Alemania y trabajarás mano a mano con otros equipos como IT, UX o data, entre otros. Además, serás el enlace directo entre los equipos de Alemania y España Internacionalización: tendrás la oportunidad de traducir textos del alemán al español para que nuestras funciones estén disponibles en la página web española. Además, te asegurarás de que el producto funciona perfectamente en ambos idiomas Mejora de producto: analizarás activamente la competencia en Alemania y España, la evolución y las tendencias del mercado Nuevas propuestas: conceptualizarás nuevas funcionalidades, diseños y propondrás nuevos procesos que ayuden a mejorar la experiencia del usuario Gestión de proyectos: te encargarás de la gestión de proyectos. Desde la priorización, conceptualización y control, hasta la implementación de nuevas funcionalidades Calidad de producto: realizarás test manuales y automatizados para testear nuevas funcionalidades, consiguiendo así garantizar el buen funcionamiento de estas. Analizarás métricas de seguimiento, interpretarás A/B test e indicadores de rendimiento
