In Ihrer Rolle als Development Engineer Sustaining - Lifecycle Management (m/w/d) betreuen Sie technisch eine Gerätefamilie der Hämodialyse Geräte ab
Produkteinführung. Dies beginnt mit dem Wissensaufbau während der Entwicklungsphase, über den Support bei der Markteinführung bis zum Complaint-/Qualitätsmanagement sobald das Gerät in der Produktion/im Markt ist. Durch diese Tätigkeiten tragen Sie eine hohe Verantwortung für den langfristigen Produkterfolg.
Ihre Aufgaben
Analyse von Complaints aus den Märkten Betreuung der Markteinführung bzw. Releases von medizinischen Geräten Analyse und Support von Service-Anfragen und Informationen aus den Märkten Analyse von Fehlerberichten aus der Produktion Koordination produktbezogener Änderungen auf Basis der getätigten Analysen Mitarbeit in der inhaltlichen Definition der Release Planung für Entwicklungsprojekte Unterstützung bei Serviceeinsätzen Interdisziplinäre Koordination / Bearbeitung von Qualitätsproblemen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für interne als auch externe Stellen Wissenstransfer der technischen Geräteinhalte zu den Schulungsabteilungen Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung der Herstellbarkeit und Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduktion Fachliche Mitarbeit bei der Definition von Inhalten für die Service- und Anwenderdokumentation sowie Pflege der Knowledge Base Bereitstellung/Pflege von Reparaturanweisungen für den ServiceIhre Qualifikation
Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Bachelor, Diplom oder Techniker) im Bereich Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Medizintechnik oder adäquate technische Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Dialyseverfahren Schnelle und sichere Auffassungsgabe für komplexe technische Zusammenhänge Hohe Flexibilität in Bezug auf die Arbeitsinhalte Fähigkeit interdisziplinäre Teams zur Lösungsfindung fachlich zu koordinieren Erfahrung in der technischen Betreuung von medizinischen Geräten wünschenswert Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit Kundenorientierung und zwischenmenschliches Geschick Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland (bis zu 20%) Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
