als Technical Product Owner werden Sie die technische & prozessbezogene Verantwortung für unsere Anwendungen die unseren Fabriken weltweit zum Einsatz kommen übernehmen

gemeinsam mit ihrem agilen Softwareentwicklungs-Team, Business-Partnern und Softwarearchitekten praktikable Lösungen erarbeiten

Geschäftsanforderungen verstehen, in technische Anforderungen übersetzen und den Status Quo hinterfragen, um unsere Anwendungen bewusst zu verbessern

User-Stories in Abstimmung mit dem Business definieren und für die Entwicklung aufbereiten

robuste und zugleich flexible globale Anwendung entwickeln und den technischen Produkt-Backlog der Applikationen steuern

Softwareentwicklungsprojekte auf Entwicklungsseite leiten

Ihr Profil

einen Studienabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem anderen Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt in Informationstechnologie

mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder als IT Projektmanager

Kenntnisse in der Softwareprogrammierung mit Java, Docker, Microservice und Hybrid-Cloud

Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z. B. SCRUM) und Tools (z. B. Azure DevOps, Jira)

Erfahrungen in der Modellierung von IT Prozessen und Beschreibung von User-Stories

Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit in agilen, selbstorganisierten und dynamischen Teams

Erfahrungen mit Hybrid-Cloud Microservice Architekturen und der Spezifikation komplexer IT-Systeme sowie der Arbeit in heterogenen Systemlandschaften

ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine gute Auffassungsgabe, sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft

Fließende Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
