Als verantwortliche/r Marketing Campaign Manager planst und steuerst Du alle Marketingkampagnen mit strategischem Weitblick und kreativen Ideen. Durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Channel-Verantwortlichen stellst Du sicher, dass lingoking als führender Anbieter für beglaubigte Übersetzungen in unserer Zielgruppe optimal positioniert wird. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, unsere Markenbekanntheit zu steigern und die Position von lingoking als Nummer eins in der Branche nachhaltig zu festigen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Planung und Entwicklung von Multi-Channel-Kampagnen: Du verantwortest die strategische Planung und Entwicklung von Marketingkampagnen, wobei Du unsere Zielgruppen und Produkte stets im Blick behältst.

  • Kampagnenkoordination: Du übernimmst die operative Umsetzung der Kampagnen und arbeitest eng mit den Verantwortlichen der einzelnen Kanäle (z.B. Social Media, CRM, Affiliate Manager) zusammen, um eine reibungslose Abstimmung sicherzustellen.

  • Erstellung und Analyse von Reports: Du erstellst regelmäßige Reports zur Erfolgskontrolle der Kampagnen, analysierst die Ergebnisse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und gibst konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen.

  • Performance Marketing: Du bist ein entscheidender Treiber bei der Erreichung unserer KPIs und Performance-Ziele und sicherst durch datenbasierte Maßnahmen den Kampagnenerfolg.

  • Projektmanagement: Du erstellst detaillierte Projektpläne, definierst Arbeitspakete und überwachst kontinuierlich den Fortschritt, um die pünktliche und erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherzustellen.

Das bringst Du mit
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, in der Planung und Umsetzung von Multi-Channel-Kampagnen sowie in der Koordination (interdisziplinärer) Projekte.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse der wichtigsten Performance-Marketing-KPIs und nutzt diese, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen und Strategien abzuleiten.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kreativität und eine strukturierte sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du bist in der Lage, Prozesse zu optimieren, weiterzuentwickeln und effiziente Strukturen aufzubauen.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Sprachniveau C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
