Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung der Einhaltung aller Baupläne, Spezifikationen und Shurgard-StandardsÜberwachung der Baupläne
  • Steuerung externer Projektmanager oder Generalunternehmer bei verschiedenen Projekten in Ihrer Region und Verhandlung von Verträgen
  • Vorbereitung des jeweiligen Projektbudgets zusammen mit dem Development Manager und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem europäischen Team
  • Überwachung aller Kosten und Zahlungen
  • Tägliche Abstimmung über den Projektfortschritt mit Architekten und Ingenieuren, Generalunternehmern und Projektmanagern
  • Lösung von alltäglichen Problemen und Anpassung des Projektplans bei Bedarf
  • Kostenkontrolle und kontinuierlicher Soll/Ist-Vergleich von Budget, Projektzeitplan und allen anderen relevanten Parametern
  • Genehmigung einzelner Bauphasen
  • Koordination der endgültigen Bauabnahme
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Versicherungsgesellschaften bezüglich Schäden/Mängeln
Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauwesen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise kommen Sie aus der Einzelhandelsbranche
  • Sie haben umfassende Erfahrung als Auftraggeber und der Verwaltung von Entwicklern und Auftraggebern
  • Neben einwandfreien Deutschkenntnissen sprechen Sie fließend Englisch
  • Sie haben eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
