Deine Tätigkeiten

Verantwortung für Themen der konzernweiten Erhebung, Aufbereitung und Validierung nicht-finanzieller Daten Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der neuen ESG-IT-Plattformen zur effizienten Datensammlung und -konsolidierung für die externe Berichterstattung und das interne ControllingInteraktion mit verschiedenen Expertenfunktionen im Konzern zur Abstimmung neuer Anforderungen und regelmäßigen DatenerhebungenAbstimmung von fachlichen Anforderungen mit IT-Expert*innen zwecks UmsetzungUmsetzung und Implementierung neuer Anforderungen (z. B. CSRD) an Indikatoren / Kennzahlen und damit zusammenhängender Datenstrukturen in Abstimmung mit der ITErforderliche Pflege des neuen internen Kontrollsystems für ESG

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in einem technisch-/naturwissenschaftlichen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen StudiengangAnalytisches Denken und Spaß am Umgang mit Daten, Datenstrukturen und IT-PlattformenEinschlägige Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Power BI oder vergleichbarer Software zur Geschäftsanalyse und interaktiven DatenvisualisierungMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit oder UmweltmanagementAusgeprägte Teamorientierung, verbunden mit eigenständiger, strukturierter und gewissenhafter ArbeitsweiseErfahrung und Kompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, einschließlich souveräner Interaktion mit dem ManagementHervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten, auch im internationalem UmfeldSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
