Als Sales Associate bist Du maßgeblich für die Etablierung und den Erfolg unseres zweiten Stores in Deutschland mitverantwortlich, den wir als Shop-in-Shop Konzept bei Breuninger in Stuttgart im Frühjahr 2024 eröffnen werden. Gesucht werden Sympathieträger/innen mit einer Leidenschaft für Home & Living, die es verstehen, unsere Kunden auf vielfältige Weise zu inspirieren. In Deiner täglichen Arbeit schaffst Du eine einladende Atmosphäre und gehst auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Store Besucher ein. Diesen bietest Du überraschende In-Store-Erlebnisse und machst sie zu mit Deiner gewinnenden Art und Deinem Verkaufstalent zu begeisterten Kunden. Diese Position kann in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ausgeübt werden. Diese Position ist unbefristet  und befindet sich in Stuttgart . Unser präferiertes Startdatum für Dich ist der 15.02.2024.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

aktive Kundenansprache und Kundenbetreuung inspiriere unsere Store Besucher und agiere durch Deine leidenschaftliche Beratung als Botschafter unserer Marke neben der Erfüllung Deiner individuellen Ziele unterstützt Du Dein Team bei der Erreichung der Store Ziele und strebst gemeinsam mit diesem jeden Tag nach überraschenden In-Store Erlebnissen und erstklassigem Kundenservice  neben dem Kassieren und der Bestückung der Fläche übernimmst Du administrative Aufgaben und stellst unter anderem die Verfügbarkeit von Ware oder die Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Fläche sicher  zusätzlich zur Warenpräsentation bringst Du Dich auch in die Planung und Betreuung von Promotion- und Marketingaktionen sowie Events mit ein als Teil des Teams unseres zweiten Westwing Stores gestaltest Du das Tagesgeschäft und sämtliche operative Store-Prozesse aktiv mit

YOU COME WITH

hohe Verkaufs- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit  eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil; idealerweise mit einem Hintergrund im Home & Living-, Premium- Lifestyle- oder Hospitality-Umfeld eigenständige, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kreativität eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für den Bereich Home & Living und Flexibilität für den Schichtdienst gewinnendes, sicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit  sicherer Umgang mit modernster Technik wie iPad, iOS, Social Media & Co exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert wären zusätzlich Erfahrungen im Visual Merchandising wie bspw. die Entwicklung und Ausgestaltung von Konzepten zur Produktpräsentation
