Mit unseren 20 Mitarbeitenden am Standort Tübingen haben wir eine Vielzahl an Simulationsmodellen mit unterschiedlichen betriebswirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkten für verschiedene Branchen und Zielgruppen in der Wirtschaft und im Hochschulbereich entwickelt. Sie bieten vielseitige Einsatzmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel in Fach- und Führungskräftetrainings, im Recruiting, bei der Kommunikation anspruchsvoller Thematiken wie auch im Strategiebereich. Zu unserer Kundschaft zählen viele der weltweit erfolgreichsten Unternehmen und renommiertesten Bildungseinrichtungen. Über 70 Prozent der DAX-Unternehmen sowie über 300 Hochschulen setzen unsere Managementsimulationen ein.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst an Ausschreibungen und zusätzlichen vertraglichen Regelungen teil.
  • Du unterstützt uns bei Angebots- und Auftragserstellungen.
  • Du pflegst das CRM-System und erstellst und verwaltest Kundenaccounts.
  • Du unterstützt uns beim Kundensupport.
  • Du organisierst Kundenevents.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere lokalen Offline-Produkte.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen.
Qualifikation

Deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  • Du kannst durch deine Ausbildung, dein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse vorweisen.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du hältst unsere Kundendokumentation mithilfe des CRM-Systems auf einem aktuellen Stand.
  • Du beherrschst die MS Office Produkte und hast bereits Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen gesammelt.
  • Du hast Praxiserfahrung bei der Beratung von Kundschaft und im Umgang mit komplexen Produkten Lösungen.

  • Du überzeugst durch eine überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig ebenso erfolgreich wie im Team, bist kommunikationsstark, kontaktfreudig und authentisch bei allem, was Du tust.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Hintergrund.
