You design complex EMC-compliant multilayer printed circuit boards for sophisticated drive technology products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will work closely together on an interdisciplinary basis in the project team with developers, designers and production, among others, and carry out reviews to ensure the quality of the designs. You edit and optimize the libraries (2D & 3D) and databases of the CAE tools in international cooperation. You create the complete layout documentation and organize the technical coordination with suppliers, purchasing and production sites. In addition, you are a contact person on ECAD/MCAD topics for internal and external bodiesEducation and Experience Requirements
Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable technician training with appropriate further training At least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience as PCB designer/layouter in an industrial environment Extensive knowledge of power electronics and/or control electronics design Advanced knowledge of applicable international standards and PCB technologies desired Advanced knowledge of mechanics/design and manufacturing processes an advantage Independent working style, quality awareness, ability to work in a team and good communication skills in a global environment Very good German and good English skills
