Training coordination responsibilities:

Manage customer requests for live/virtual training: consult, quote, coordinate, process orders/invoices. Organize trainer allocation, logistics and technical set-up on Amazon Web Services. Customer data administration and reporting in Learning Management System. Account administration and strategic collaboration with services sales and field engineers. Process customer enquiries for online training courses and certifications.

Creative and project-related responsibilities:

Awareness creation and communication for customer training, e.g., mailer campaigns, social media, video storyboards, etc. Collaboration in various training projects and events such as: webinars, blogs, analytics, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications

A commercial qualification and 5+ years of professional experience in customer service, training administration, marketing, sales or similar. Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage. Experience with Learning Management software (Docebo) is a plus. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques. Proficiency with MS Office package and Teams, Zoom. Experience with modern marketing tools and processes.
