Entdecken Sie Ihre spannende RolleIn dieser Schlüsselposition als Experte für Corporate Project Opportunity & Risk Management (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Projektteams zusammen, um wichtige Informationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu liefern. Als Experte für Projektrisiken und -chancen sind Sie ein unverzichtbarer Berater und Impulsgeber und haben dadurch einen direkten Einfluss auf unser Geschäft. Diese abwechslungsreiche Rolle erfordert ein umfassendes Verständnis des EPC-Projektgeschäfts und die Fähigkeit, mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen zu interagieren.
Die Position ist in Stuttgart angesiedelt und Sie werden Teil eines internationalen Experten-Teams welches für weltweite Angebote und Projekte im Rahmen des projektbezogenen Risiko- und Chancenmanagements Entscheidungsvorlagen erstellt, Empfehlungen abgibt und projektspezifische Risikoanalysen und Auswertungen erstellt.

Erfahren Sie mehr über Ihre neuen AufgabenMarket-to-Contract:- Koordination von Chancen-Risiko-Analysen gemäß internen Richtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern aus verschiedenen Regionen, mit Fokus auf unabhängige Risikoanalysen entlang aller relevanten Risikokategorien.
- Gewährleistung der gründlichen Überprüfung und Abstimmung der Analyseergebnisse, Empfehlungen und Genehmigungsbedingungen, unterstützt durch geeignete Dokumentation, in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten.
- Individuelle Überprüfung von Leistungs- und Risikoindikatoren der Projekte
- Durchführung unabhängiger Risikoprüfungen, Erstellung von Risikobewertungen und Unterstützung bei Risikominderungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsteams.
- Mitwirkung am Aufbau und der Verbesserung von Datenbankstrukturen und Standard-Risikobewertungs-Checklisten.
- Unterstützung bei der Reportings der Abteilung nach Bedarf.
- Bachelor-Abschluss in BWL, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Projektmanagement-Erfahrung im EPC-Umfeld.
- Umfassendes Verständnis der Engineering- und Bauindustrie, einschließlich technischer Aspekte, rechtlicher Anforderungen, Zeitpläne, kommerzieller Aspekte und Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsstandards.
- Starke analytische Vorgehensweise gepaart mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.
- Sichere Beherrschung von Microsoft Office (Excel und PowerPoint), Kenntnisse in Termin- und PM-Software von Vorteil.
- Eigenständige, proaktive, teamfähige Persönlichkeit die fähig ist, den Status quo diplomatisch zu hinterfragen.
