Wir suchen ab sofort und in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) eine:n Senior Data Analyst (m/w/d), um unser Performance Marketing Team zu verstärken.
Der Schwerpunkt Deiner Arbeit ist die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Performance Marketing Team, um wichtige Analysen durchzuführen und Stakeholder datengetrieben zu beraten. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Markt- und Geschäftsbereichsleitern zusammen und unterstützt unsere Präsenz durch effektive Zusammenarbeit im DACH Markt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übersetzt geschäftliche Anforderungen in umfassende Berichte und detaillierte Analysen, die essentielle Insights für die Entscheidungsfindung in unseren Märkten liefern.
- Du regelmäßig und proaktiv Datenanalysen durch und identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale sowie Optimierungsmöglichkeiten, um die Wirksamkeit datengetriebener Entscheidungen zu erhöhen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um deren Datenbedürfnisse zu verstehen, Feedback zu sammeln und entsprechend zu priorisieren.
- Du erstellst Analysen und Dashboards, um unseren Marketing Teams zu helfen, die richtigen Entscheidungen treffen zu können.
- Du verwendest bestehende Vorhersagemodelle für die Erstellung von Forecasts, Analysen und Szenarien.
Dein Profil
- Du hast mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Data Analyst (m/w/d) im Marketing-Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in einem Analytics-Team.
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis komplexer Geschäftsmodelle und -prozesse, um die effektive Übersetzung von Dateninsights in strategische Handlungen in verschiedenen Marktkontexten zu ermöglichen.
- Du bist den Umgang mit komplexen Datensätzen gewohnt und hast sehr gute Erfahrung mit Methoden der Datenvisualisierung und -modellierung sowie der Datenanalyse. Außerdem hast Du sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL und PowerBI.
- Du bist den Umgang mit mit einer vielfältigen Gruppe von Stakeholdern in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld gewohnt und kannst Daten und Analysen auch einem nicht-technischen Punblikum verständlich erklären.
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
