What we expect from you:
Your Role: You will be responsible with the team for the entire recruiting process, from job posting, identifying and approaching qualified candidates, screening applications, interviewing suitable candidates, and onboarding new employees Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Build and maintain a talent pool for future positions and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations and other relevant networks Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet professional staffing needs Provide direct support to the SVP Human Resources on strategic and operational HR issues and HR projects You are the first point of contact for general HR topics concerning the entire employee life cycle - e.g. personnel development, personnel administration & employee support You provide support and advice to specialists and managers on all HR-related issues You also support the office management with administrative tasks from the back office as needed. Your Profile: Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or a comparable course of study. Min. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of human resources and recruiting, preferably in an IT environment. Strong communication and presentation skills Good knowledge in the area of labor and social security law Ability to work independently while cooperating well as part of a team Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously High level of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal data Fluency in written and spoken German and English.-
