Your responsibilities

Team management with personnel responsibility for the C&I Services team (e.g. performance management, personnel development) Technical concept and basic planning, including the preparation of tender documents and implementation of power generation projects; gas technology and renewable energies Definition and implementation of quality assurance measures Project management in compliance with the relevant technical rules, regulations and laws Development of technical standards for implementing quality requirements in the planning phase Contract management Implementation of the Uniper safety culture as early as the planning phase 

Your profile

University degree or equivalent education with a specialization in control or communications engineering Experience in dealing with suppliers (technical and commercial)  Technical expertise in the planning and adaptation of Siemens and/or ABB power plant control systems and in the planning of communication systems Project management experience  Strong process orientation, as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility, Ability to work in a team, good organizational skills and a structured way of working Fluent in German and English, additional languages are welcome Willingness to travel, driving license class B
