Intern Project Management in Customer Service

Job Description

  • Be part of a strong team and learn from the AUTO1 Management team from day 1
  • Support our project managers on different projects and assist them in carrying out cross-functional projects 
  • Gain insights on how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with fellow project managers and our Management team
  • Correspond with stakeholders across different business units such as marketing, purchasing, finance and business analytics  
  • Perform supporting research and data analysis

Qualifications

  • Interested in working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
  • First experience in working in dynamic organizations or start ups is a plus
  • Solid analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and SQL, knowledge of Tableau is beneficial
  • Hands-on mentality paired with organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and conversational in German, fluency in any additional AUTO1 working languages is a plus
  • Enrolled in a European university for the duration of your internship
