Die Position

Wir suchen einen Head of Product mit einer analytischen und unternehmerischen Denkweise. Jemanden, der den Mut hat, zu zerlegen, zu analysieren, zu verstehen - und dann den Ehrgeiz und die Ausdauer hat, etwas Generationenübergreifendes aufzubauen. Dies kann in vielen Formen geschehen - wir suchen nicht nach bestimmten Stereotypen. 

Fachleute oder Branchenexperten, die einen einzigartigen Bedarf in einem bestimmten Segment erkannt haben oder in ihrem technischen Bereich führend sind, werden ermutigt, sich zu bewerben, ebenso wie Produktmanager*innen, die eine Vision in die Realität umsetzen können. Wenn du eine Leidenschaft dafür hast, hochwertige Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen, indem du einen iterativen Produktentwicklungsprozess mit gründlicher Marktforschung kombinierst, bist du genau die Person, die wir suchen.

Sei verantwortlich für:

Erarbeitung und Pflege einer Produktvision und ihrer Kommunikation an Teams und Interessengruppen innerhalb und außerhalb unseres Portfoliounternehmens Bereitstellung strategischer Leitlinien und umfassender Prioritätensetzung durch eine Produkt-Roadmap  Beschleunigung der Verbesserung von Softwareprodukten und der allgemeinen Automatisierung - einschließlich der Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und ihrer Zielsetzung neue Entwicklungsprojekte mit Business Units und Tech - insbesondere im Hinblick auf die (Endkunden-)Wünsche und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Softwareentwicklung Einsatz geeigneter quantitativer und qualitativer Forschungs Formate zur Analyse und Validierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und -wünschen Planung der Teamstruktur und des Ressourceneinsatzes Teams an Produktmanager*innen mit unterschiedlichen Senioritätsstufen und deren systematische persönliche Entwicklung

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement  2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Leitung von Produktteams Fundierte Kenntnisse in der agilen Softwareentwicklung und der Produktverantwortung für spezalisierte Teams - von der Erstellung des Backlogs, der Konzeptualisierung und Spezifikation, der Schätzung und Planung bis hin zur Unterstützung der Implementierungsphase, der Validierung von Akzeptanzkriterien und schließlich der Messung der Auswirkungen anhand relevanter KPIs Analytische Denkweise und datengesteuerter Projektansatz Zielgerichteter Führungsstil
