With major expansion to our client base and use cases, we are seeking a Private Equity Client Senior Associate to support our clients in the successful deployment of our solution.
The role
As a Private Equity Client Senior Associate at CEPRES, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing success of our solutions, tailored to meet sophisticated client requirements and complex project plans. In addition to overseeing the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications, you will provide strategic insights, deliver advanced training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous client success. Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our client relationships and expanding our market footprint.
- Create trusted relationships with clients and prospects to position CEPRES solutions, provide support to clients to maximize satisfaction and expand their use of CEPRES solutions.
- Coordinate client investment data collection and handling with accurate and timely feedback.
- Fulfill project manager role in data analytics related projects. Collaborate with cross functional teams across different geographies and time zones. Manage schedules and overall project status to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.
- Maintain the highest levels of satisfaction amongst clients through professional and timely communications and actions.
- Develop and produce presentations and descriptive documentations regarding the Platform (written and digital) for internal and external clients.
- Knowledgeable or interested in learning more about Private Equity
In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of CEPRES solutions according to client specifications and project timelines.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance based on best practices.
2. Integration Management:
- Supervise and manage the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and operation.
- Address and resolve integration challenges and optimize system performance as needed.
3. Client Support:
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Design and conduct advance training sessions tailored to client needs, equip clients with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the CEPRES platform.
Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and adoption.
5. Collaboration and Handover:
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction post-implementation.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients to drive success post-implementation.
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
6. Documentation and Resources:
- Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to support clients throughout their journey with CEPRES.
- Regularly update documentation to reflect platform enhancements and changes.
- Ensure documentation quality and accessibility, promoting client self-sufficiency.
- Lead and mentor Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Interns, fostering their development in Private Equity, CEPRES solutions, and broader business operations.
- Provide guidance on task prioritization, timeline management, and project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing CEPRES’ market position and client value proposition.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent CEPRES and expand professional connections.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts.
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in solution implementation, integration management, or client support, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, data analysis, and private equity.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of managing complex projects and delivering on time.
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, project deployments, and industry events.

Requirements
Qualifications: Must have a Minimum of 5 years of Engagement Management experience Must have 2-3 years of experience leading a team of 2-3 people Must have experience with Private Equity (Investment banking side), not real estate side experience Proven track record in client-facing roles, ideally within the financial services or software industries. Experience in customer-facing activities and account management is essential. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment processes and private markets is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to understand complex client needs and develop tailored, impactful solutions. A proactive attitude with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and value. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
