Für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen im Bereich Pharma Industrie, suchen wir am Standort Ingelheim einen Assistant (gn) in Vollzeit, mit Option auf Übernahme. Die Stelle ist nach Absprache auch kurzfristig zu besetzen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Head of Global Supply Chain and Lifecycle Management und der ihm unterstellten Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen der Administration
  • Planung und Buchung von Reisearrangements, Erstattung von Reisekosten sowie die Organisation von Meetings
  • Ansprechpartner für nationale und internationale Kollegen bei der Terminplanung und Koordination von Aktivitäten sowie internationalen Geschäftsreisen
  • Projektunterstützung, z.B. Erstellung und Koordination von PowerPoint-Folien und Präsentationen
  • Ansprechpartner für neue Mitarbeiter
Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent
