We at TV are a truly international team of highly motivated people, mainly with engineering background and a passion for great cars. We are looking for team player with deep passion for software and automotive technology who are able to share their knowledge and love to succeed together.

We as integration and test department are driving the overall functional integration in E³ 1.2 and E³ 1.1 architecture, the operation and infrastructure for all central testing locations and the breakthrough technology and tooling for efficient integration and testing. Therefore we are working in very close cooperation on the very latest products of our partners from AUDI and Porsche.

The department of test & integration infrastructure and operations is responsible to operate all central CARIAD test locations (e.g. HIL, HOL), to establish and maintain measurement technology and data analytics for our complete fleet, central processes on vehilce, parts management and logistics, to run the labratories and workshop areas and to establich testautomation and testing infrastructure from SIL to HIL testing locations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage the whole department to ensure state of the art test and integration infrastructure and operations with your teams
  • Setup professional processes for test and integration operations
  • Continuous improvement of test infrastructure and operations
  • Providing testing solutions to your customers (within the department, or CARIAD/group wide)
  • Select strategic partners to setup cost efficient global teams with top notch knowledge and expertise
  • Improve test result quality, while reducing costs for testing, by test automation and new ways of integration and test
WHO YOU ARE
  • Completed studies of electrical engineering, computer science, or comparable technical background
  • Multiple years of experience in the areas of testing and validation of software, vehicle electronics and automitive technology
  • Significant experience in setting-up and operating different testing systems (e.g. HIL, HOL, SIL) 
  • Experience in operating labratories, garage, logistics and integration processes and methods is a plus
  • More than 5 years of experience in leading high performing departments
  • A team player, who can challenge and support the teams to achieve best results, while establishing great team spirit  
  • Proficient in English and German
