Wir suchen SIE als Product Technical Leader   (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in .

Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie:

  • Hauptansprechpartner für produkttechnische Belange intern/extern

  • Erstellung und Verfolgung des Entwicklungsterminplans, sowie des System Release Plan

  • Analyse und Management von Projektrisiken und Problemen

  • Stundenplanung und -kontrolle für das R&D-Projektteam

  • Steuerung der Projekt-Releases und der Auslieferung zum Kunden

  • Technische Leitung des R&D-Projektteams (System-, HW-, SW-Engineering, EMV, CAD/CAE, Validierung, )

  • Mitwirkung bei der Projektakquise für neue Projekte

  • Durchführung von technischen Projektreviews

  • Verantwortlich für das Änderungsmanagement

Damit begeistern Sie uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Projektmanagement oder R&D Bereich (bevorzugt System-, SW- oder HW Entwicklung bzw. Mechatronik) 

  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz für Anforderungsanalyse, Architektur und Design

  • Gutes Verständnis von Entwicklungsprozessen (z.B. ASPICE)

  • Kenntnisse der automobilen Kommunikationsstandards (LIN, CAN, FlexRay) sind zusätzlich von Vorteil

  • Projektmanagement Kompetenzen

  • Teamfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz und eine zielstrebige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Eigeninitiative, hohe Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
